frustrating lift

I loved the breakfast spread with amazing local delicacies and enjoyed the stunning view of the blue mosque from my room. the lift situation was quite frustrating with many out of service.

Fairly clean and functional place, complimentary and sumptuous breakfast with lots of options. Strategic and exceptionally nice location short walk to shoping mall as well as the magnificent Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque, the largest mosque in Malaysia, a mall and eateries including a good Arab restaurant, and very efficient service.

Excellent check in. Great bell hops. Very concerned staff over any issues raised. Modern rooms with great hot showers. Above all very clean and private. We were upgraded to Premier with exclusive floors to our rooms. Very quiet. Relaxing. Great breakfast buffet. Great assistance offered by bellhops when asked for direction around the location.I will like to check in again!

nice view of the Majestic Mosque, proximity to shopping center, decent room size

Furniture looks outdated!!! Carpets can feel damp and smelly, especially near the toilet!!! A good scrub on the windows would do wonders!!! Hotel corridors can be eerily dark!!!
